Default tick, tick sound, pulley/h20?

I have 3.8 caravan, 06, 61,000 mi.
This has occurred for about 3 months. Start engine up in morning, have tick, tick, tick sound from pulley that attaches to H2O pumps. Stays for about 5 minutes and dissolves.
I am not missing any coolant.
Belt looks good.
Does that pulley have bearings?
What is your diagnoses?

I think ticking sounds could mean a problem with the timing chain inside the engine.

Remove the fan belt and then start the engine. If the tic sound is gone, then its a belt driven sound. Could be the idle pulley, alt, or water pump.
