Wierdness....apparently this circuit also runs the Rear Window Defogger (EBL) Relay Coil oddly enough the rear defogger does "appear" to work it comes on i can hear the relay clicking on......strange. It also runs the airbag module now this van has a bad clockspring there is a TSB on this it has been bad for awhile now but just wondering if this could be shorting to ground and blowing that fuse ? Would disconnecting the airbag module be a good diagnostic step ? kinda lost here now .
I'm putting on a "reference wiring diagram". What you want to do when you have a fuse blowing is first try and figure out what circuit is blowing the fuse. You are correct, this fuse powers up quite abit of equipment. First place I would go is to the Junction block connectors. You have the C4 and the C2 connectors feeding most of the items. If you remove the wires one at a time and see if the fuse blows, you can eliminate alot of wiring.

Odd disconneccted C4 first fuse didnt blow then C2 same result .... Do these circuits have some common thing that could be causing it ?

I DID say it was possessed didnt i? put C2 back in the junction block reteseted for giggles as things stand now signal lights and DRLs are working......heater is unknown...ill update after i test that....
If you were blowing the fuse, you had a short to ground. By moving the harness, if the short was in that area, you could have moved the wires away from what they were shorting on. I would give it a close visual inspection to see if you can see where the harness could have been rubbing against a sharp metal edge, against a screw, etc.

Grrr... Well it worked great for a couple of days ? He started it today and everything was gone again . I checked the TS BU LMP fuse it was blown did a test and found that the fuse was going to ground obviously that aint right..... disconnected the C2 connector from the fuse box and the short to ground is gone hook it back up and it's back again. so im guessing the problem is in this harness ? I did a quick test of the connectors in C2 and a bunch are going to ground ? Pins 4,6,7,10,11,12,15,17,23,32,36 any ideas ?
