Anyone have diagram or directions on replacing the the windshield washer pump on a 1997 Dodge caravan 4 cyl. I can see the 2 pumps but i am not sure how they come out or go in.

You'll need to remove the washer bottle first and just pull the switch or sensor out. Here is something from the dodge manual.
WINDSHIELD WASHER BOTTLE
REMOVAL
Hoist and support vehicle on safety stands.
Remove right front wheel, Refer to Wheels and Tires for proper procedures and tightening sequences.
Remove front wheelhouse splash shield.
Disconnect wire connectors from the windshield and rear window washer pumps Windshield Washer Bottle
If washer bottle has fluid in it place a suitable drain pan under the hose connections.
Disconnect front washer hose at front wiper unit in the engine compartment Front Washer Hose The front hose will be removed with the bottle.
Disconnect hose from rear washer pump nipple Rear Washer Hose Routing
Allow washer bottle to drain.
Remove screws holding washer bottle to front fender support and remove bottle.
INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedure.

Thanks but it was actually alot easier than i expected. No need to remove tires or wheel fenders guards. The one for the windshield you can get to just jacking up the front of the car and crawling under it. you just unplug the wire clip unplug the hose so you can drain the fluid, the pump unit just pulls out with a little force. Only trouble i had was the new rubber grommet they gave to replace the old one wasn't tight enough and leaked so i put the old grommet in and it is fine. by the looks of it i think the rear pump can be replaced the saem way.
