Default Deactivating the ESC with the TPMS light on

Hello Everyone,

Recently purchased a 2011 Grand Caravan SXT. We swapped the stock tires for winter tires and everything is find; all systems are go. My intentions are to get either steel wheels or mags to remount my summer tires and swap them between seasons myself.

My question is the following:

If I do not buy another set of TPMS sensors and put up with the TPMS light being on, can I deactivate the ESC?

This does not pose a problem for summer driving but for winter, I want to be able to deactivate the ESC if I get stuck in a snow bank.

Thank you for your feedback.

Welcome to DF
If the ESC lite is on,Then the ESC as been deactivated. The problem will be without the TPM sensors, you will not be able to active the ESC.
