I have the same in 2001 caravan and according to my mechanic it's a sensor

 

I guess you're recommending he goes out and buys a clockspring and install in the hopes you guessed right?

I guess it's a seat belt tensioner because my neighbor has the same problem with the Air bag light on and my scanner told me it's this part.

I wonder what else we could guess is the problem?

 

I guess The Airbag light bulb in the Cluster needs to be yanked out, perma-fix guarantee.

 

I guess that would be illegal. When the air bag warning light is illuminated the system is deactivated. Per FMV laws, if a vehicle is equiped with supplemental restraint systems, it is illegal to disable except for certain situations (very short driver, disabled with steering wheel controls, and vehicles with a passenger side disable intened for the placement of rear facing child seat.
