LOL i hope you're joking.... this is Java... you need it to open videos!

http://www.java.com/en/

BTW i was at my mechanic today and he put my car up and checked it out and said everything looks good... and for some reason whenever he drives it around it feels fine and then when i take it back in a little bit the wheel stars making the sound again and gets stiffer to turn... idk... but he said not to do anything now till it gets worse cause it'll cause a lot to take it all apart and then have to pay for w/e is wrong...

No, I have no clue what java is other than the name for coffee. IDK much about computers, but I've got a pretty good handle on cars.

Well you should go to that link & install it... it's necessary to have it on a computer... it's what plays videos...

What do you suggest i do about the steering wheel??

Take it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion.

I have no clue how to install anything on a computer. My idea of a turning on a computer is I have to take it out for dinner, by it some flowers and if I can push the right buttons, I might get it turned on.

Well, here's the problem. You've had professionals look at it and find nothing wrong. You expect people on the internet that can't see/feel/hear the problem in person do better than the guys that have? IDK seems pretty difficult to do. How about you tell your mechanic to take the van home for the night. Have him drive it until he finds the problem. anything short of that and you'll never be at peace.

I just drove to a store with my dad, and the wheel isn't hard to turn but it's like stiffer and heavier... idk how to explain it... but it turns fine with one hand... idk what it is!!

Sounds like you need to have the steering pump and steering rack replaced. Do this and all your problems will go away.
