08 Grand Caravan (Weird stuff happening)
I don't know what the cost would be. Or how long it will take the dealer to find the problem. But if you take it to the dealer, be sure to ask for the shop foreman to repair the van. Thats because the foreman in most case is the oldest tech working on the cars. I'm next to the oldest in the shop where I work at. So I can say that.
The interior BUS is not fault tolerant. Meaning that any BUS circuit issue will make just about any damn thing happen to any interior module. That's why the symptoms look so insane. You're seeing BUS signals banging heads. The biggest source of issues i've ran into have been the door wiring harness. Mainly the Driver's side. In the hinge area there will be a couple broken wires inside the flexible rubber. I think the harness is around 130 bucks now. The Journeys have a recall on them now and i'm sure the Vans will not be far behind...it's the same stinkin harness... lol. So, if that's it then save your receipt for when they do recall the vans.
On the 2008 there were also some issues where the seats would be bolted down on top of the wiring harness. Most of them have been addressed because they were the early builds. Haven't seen one in ages.
