smoke while idle and no oil on plug please help 3.0 motor with only 120,000 miles

What kind of smoke, Blue or white? And what does it smell like,if there is a smell?

Exhaust valve guide seals, head gasket are 2 common problems on 3.0's to cause excessive smoke

it def oil smoke but when i changed the plug there was nooil on them

when exhaust valves leak oil the oil goes directly into the exhaust and not into the combustion chamber. so it doesn't oil the plug but still causes smoke.

Okay, we are down to an oil leak. It maybe the valve cover gaskets. The best way to find an oil leak is to add engine dye and drive for 15 mins. Then using a black lite and see where the oil is leaking from.
