Default 95 caravan engine froze (weather) now no start

Had no antifreeze, I know, my fault. Ran great before, have a few freeze plugs leaking but I can handle that. Problem is now it turns over but will not start. Have tried a little starting fluid, and can see spark on the only plug I pulled to check while turning over. Very confused, even if somehow compression or anything similar has been compromised, should it not still at least pop or fire anything? Very new to this site so if I am in the wrong location, please accept my "sorry" Thanks all

What size motor do you have? And engine does turn over but won't start. Did the engine overheat at anytime? First thing I would do is, do a compression test.

It is the 3.0 v6 Engine has never overheated. Before the freeze, all was well. Probably can do a compression check today. I am just confused as to, since freeze plugs are now leaking and no water in block, is there some sort of "no water" sensor or anything that might have froze which would all of a sudden cause the no start. Yes, it turns over fine. Has a new timing belt I installed not too long ago, checked it all good. Removed dist. cap and turned over, looks fine. Pulled front valve cover and turned over, all valve to cam rockers looked like they were just fine. Thank you for your response, will let you know compression on all cylinders when I check them.

Oh yea, I did try to start it when all was still froze. Turned just a hair, could it have sliped a tooth on the belt or anything else weird? All my fault, I know better, just more info.
