Question cat or no cat ????

i have an 88 dodge caravan im in the uk and cats arnt needed on vans this old so if i remove it will it be ok ??? its got the 3000cc mitsubishi engine in it help please i know some cars/vans need the cat or they dont run right

Go ahead and take it out. Old vehicles don't care if there is a cat or not. In the USA it is illegal to tamper with emissions components. You'll be creating more emissions which affects my environment and contributing to Global Warming.

I would ask some of the local shops if they had any problems, with leaving the converters off.

IDK how leaving a converter off would have any effect on the driveability of the vehicle (especially on OBDI vehicles)
