Default A604 to a606 wiring

Does anyone know how to adapt the seperate range sensor & neutral switch connectors plug wiring for the Dodge A604 transaxle to the single range sensor plug on the newer A604 transaxle ? A diagram or directions on what wire goes to what is what I'm looking for. Thanks

Default Dodge Caravan

Sorry. I guess I should have mentioned that. I have a 1996 Caravan with a A604 with the two seperate sender connections for the transmission range sensor & neutral position switch on SIDE of case. I need to be able to adapt the wiring to the one single transmission range sensor connection on the TOP section of the case by the module on the newer A604 transaxle. Thanks
