Lot's of problems.
Hello everyone,
My wife has a 2004 Chrysler T&C with about 68,000 miles. Within the last month or so a few issues have popped up to add to the couple it already had.
First the old problems,
When the you hit a bump(not large ones) it sounds like the suspension is bottoming out or "clunks" Has done it since day one. the dealer replaced many parts on the suspension and nothing fixed. We chalked it up to the really cold weather. Seems not so bad when its warmer.
2nd old problem. A noise that can only be described a whirring noise that is engine speed related but also changes when you turn the wheel.I Have checked the PS fluid and pump to no avail. As the vehicle warms up it may go away but comes back. Steering is fine btw.
OK, new problems. ABS light came on as well as Trac control light. Speed sensor or wheel bearing maybe? Could this be related to the clunking?
Now the latest. When you are stopped the engine starts sputtering and as soon as you take off it will work itself out and not happen again until you come to a stop. She says that sometimes it will happen when you are driving but at lower speeds. This problem is new and has broken the camels back as they say. This car was to be the reliable one while my 00 Durango with 90k miles was my car for intown driving and what not.
Thanks for anyone who takes the time to read all this.

1st problem ck all the suspension bolts and tighten, Could have bad sway bar bushings and sway bar links.
2nd problem We have had problems with the p/s reservoirs and pumps. Most of the time when the engine is cold. Replace the p/s pump and reservoir and fill with ATF+4.
3rd Need to scan for ABS codes and post,It could be just a sensor.
4th There have been a problem with the wire harness as of late. Open the harness going to the rear cylinder head, next to the p/s reservoir. The wires may have melted together. This will cause the o2 sensor run either lean or rich, which causes a misfire or running rough.
