03 grand caravan sport no heater!!!

tried my heater today and no hot air. it blew hot for a few seconds then stoped blowing hot . The A/C is ice cold as it should be.

What could be the problem. It a 03 grand caravan sport with the 3.8l engine and 95,000 miles
