Hey all, I have a 1996 that I need to remove the dash pad on - how is that done?

 

If you mean the top portion of the dashboard. It can be pryed up gently from the center.
Start on the right side of the instrument cluster and very gently pry up the top panel.
Its only held in with push clips. I cannot help much with actual dash face.
