I'm afraid I'm need to replace the plugs on this Grand Caravan... 3.3 ... any tips on getting this done as pain free as possible?

Any recommendations on preferred plugs?

Welcome to the forum, replacing spark plugs on an '07 is about as easy as it gets for a minivan. I haven't had any issue using factory Champion spark plugs, I believe they are platinum plugs. I would also recommend replacing the plug wires along with the spark plugs.
