Default Strange engine noise on 1988 dodge caravan! With video!

Can anybody give me any insight into what this sound is on my 1988 Dodge caravan. The van only has 45000 miles on it and is in perfect condition. My friends dad used it for his electronics buisness and drove it regulary just not very much. This thing runs perfect and shift perfect, burns no oil, idles smooth and starts and shuts down instantly. It sounds like a bad bearing on a pump or on the alternator. It is not a squeaking, and it does not sound like the valves or lifters.

Take belt/s off and restart let us know if noise is still there. Does sound like bearing on one of the pulleys.

Had something very similar on our 88 which turned out to be the water pump. The pump was a remanufactured unit and let go 300 miles from home and did all sorts of collateral damage when it went.

Default sound still there...

I took off all belts and sounds is still there. I did the wooden rod trick and put it on tall parts of the engine to listen and cannot hear anything in valve cover, block, alternator, ac pump. I put it up to the radiator hose input on top of the engine and i think i hear something. Best guess is the water pump??
