I have a 2005 Grand Caravan SXT that was purchased new and now has 94,000 miles on it. Recently the check engine light would come on everytime there was less then a half of tank of gas...Once I fill it up it would shut off. After about two months I brought it to local repair shop and they said both 02 sensors need to be replaced. $200 later I pickup the van and halfway home the light pops on and stays on all the time. I just brought it to another shop and it comes up P0138 any ideas?

I would start by looking at the wire harness on the back of the motor around the p/s reservoir.
