Thanks guys for the advice. The dealer I bought it from said the same thing about Canadain Tire - but I've only been in the country 2 weeks so I don't know too much. Either way, I am now sat in a cafe while the guys at the Toronto Dodge dealership do THEIR check on it - so we'll see how that turns out!

Dodge dealerships will probably be better than Canadian Tire, but IMO nothing beats a good independent mechanic. I find dealership pricing to be quite high and they generally will only use OEM parts, a policy that I don't hold myself to
