Default 01 caravan runs rich idels bad

i have a 2001 caravan 3.3 runs rich surges replaced ecm injectors injector harness was melted under p/s resivor i fixed the wires and changed both o2 sensors and dont throw any codes need help please

Have you clean or replace the spark plugs? Could also have a bad sensor. And did you write the you replaced the ECM/PCM?

replaced the plugs and ecm with a brand new one

How long has the van been running rich before you found the melted wires? You could have a plugged cat or bad MAP sensor. This is only a guess, but I can't see the problem you are having. Try removing the o2 sensor, but leave them plug into the harness and start the engine. This way the ck engine won't come. If the exhaust is plugged, the engine will use the o2 sensor port to let the exhaust out. If you are working on the van at home and you are still having problems. I would recommend to have the pro's to look at it.
