My parents keep telling me their 02 Caravan 3.3L keeps acting like it wants to stall. It has about 162K miles on it. They have had the plugs and wires, and air filter replaced. Last year my dad cleaned dirt out of the intake and that solved it for a while. He tried that again and it hasn't worked. The only consistency is the van behaves this way when the motor is cold. It doesn't do this as much when it is warm.

Also another problem, the windshield wipers are acting up. First, the delay didn't want to work. Now, apparently when it is in delay it will wipe a couple times in a row, then three times in a row. Any advice on this would be appreciated.
