2002 caravan stalling at light
Check the throttle body and make sure it is clean. That should have been done with a tune up but alot of mechanics don't do it. A dirty throttle body is the main cause of your problem. If it needs cleaning, use some throttle body cleaner and an old tooth brush. Clean the entire opening and the throttle plate.
The throttle body is what 1 and 2 attach to. They are the TPS and the idle air motor. Take the hose off from the air cleaner. You can try to clean it on the vehicle or remove it and clean it off the car. You open the throttle and clean it with throttle cleaner and an old tooth brush.

I can't see the picture posted about the location, but on my 2001 I cleaned it out myself, and I'm not mechanically inclined at all. Just take hose off that comes off the air filter, open the butterfly valve and spray in the cleaner. Hold a rag underneath to catch the drips, then scrub inside with a toothbrush and wipe out with the rag. I looked specifically for spray that wouldn't damage the sensors. Maybe someone else here can comment on possible damage to the IAC and TPS? I might have just got lucky.
While I was doing that I took off the EGR valve and cleaned it out too. Just make sure your gaskets are right before you take it off. My 2001 (I found out the hard way) is produced in the last half of the year and has an EGR from a 2002.
