Default Removing a stuck Camshaft sensor 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT

Thanks to all the help from the other threads, I was able to find the elusive camshaft sensor after removing the air filter. After a great deal of effort I managed to get the bolt off. When I tried to move the sensor away from the engine block as per the hayes manual, the back body broke (the sensor and wires are intact). I can wiggle the sensor, but it won't come out. I would appreciate any help/ideas to get it out and swap in the new sensor.

Thanks in advance.

drill a hole in it and sink a screw into it to give you something to grab onto, cant wreck it anymore lol. Best of luck with this one

With the amount of space available I don't think I would be too confident in drilling a hole. I was almost about to chicken out and take it to a repair shop when TNtech suggested spraying some Carb spray to try and get the O ring a bit loose. I sprayed Carb cleaner, tapped on the sensor with a small hammer and kept twisting/wriggling it with pliers. Not sure which one helped, but I was able to get the old sensor out. Put the new sensor in and the car seems fine. Thanks again for everything.
