Default General Caravan Feedback

I have a 2004 GC with 260,000 KM (161,000 miles) Engine & transmission original - runs well considering the mileage. We try to baby the car but if we don't at a STOP sometimes it jerks. Should I be overly concerned about that symptom should I do a transmission flush - my mechanic never mentioned one.

Also, its still on its original spark-plugs and my mechanic does not want to play with them as hes afraid the may be stuck in there and breaking one will cause me a real headache - any comment on that is appreciated.
Thanks, Don

Welcome to DF
I would replace the spark plugs and wire set first, and see how its runs. Before doing anything with the transmission, You did want to service the transmission. Replace the filter and fill with ATF+4. 4Qts.
