I have the same problem and have bought the resistor but it appears starting with the 2008 model it is in a different location. I took out my glove box as in the video and it looks nothing like his 2002. Does anyone know where the resistor is in a 2008?

2008 added a servicable fuse on top of the resistor! I live and work at high altitudes so moisture and below zero temps had froze the fan which cools the resistor. result being a blown fuse on top of the resistor! once i pulled the resistor/fuse out i saw that the soldered fuse was open. by holding the fuse back in place i was able to use a cheap solder iron to reconnect it in just a couple of minutes with the existing solder still intact. the cheapest i found the replacement part was over $80 and didnt even ask how much the dealership would charge! So with about 15 minute fix i have saved a huge chunk of change! AGAIN THANKS TO ALL!

pitrobbie on 2008 and would assume newer, it is just to the left and behind the blower motor. easily accessed by removing the back left screw holding up the carpet under the glove box and can see it by opening the glove box as shown in the video My hands were too big to reach it from the glove box alone but made it easy to see what i was doing in the confined space. The screws holding the resistor are star pattern and brass! here is a link to a picture of what it looks like: https://w05.dealerconnect.chrysler.c...n_US/68679.jpg

03 GC, blower only works on high, sometimes it won't work at all, try replacing the resistor , it did not make a difference. Probably a bad motor? lately the blower works at various speeds when set on high and is making noise.
