i have a 98 dodge caravan 3.3L, two days ago i replaced my alternator due losing power. after driving for 45 mins of driving all the dash lights came on and she died. thinking it could be battery i replaced that too. later on that day she died again this time, she'll only start if theres a jump, but if you take off the jumpers then she dies once again, im lost and confused on what to do.. i dont want to get rid of my van, its the best one ive owned i can handle little things to fix.

 

Do you know what the charging is putting out? 12 to 14 volts. Where did you buy the alternator from?
