I've got a 1999 Caravan and over the last couple of week I have blown the 20 amp engine fuse, the van has all of the power but will not turn over until the blown fuse is replaced. Both times it has been when I first started the car and began to move....any thoughts?

 

Do you have a 2.4L engine? If you do, replace the starter. The starter is drawing too much amps and causing the fuse to blow.

 

It is actually the 3.3L engine....still same issue?
