About a month ago I went to purchase a used '08 Grand caravan at one of the largere chain used car stores (CM), after a thorough look-over I found a rust hole the size of a dime about 3" to the left of one of the rear hatch door hinge that went completly through. I told the salesguy and they promptly told us they can't sell it and it would go to auction... so we left. Fast forward a few weeks, Last night we saw it again on their site, I called and they told me that Dodge covered the repair under the warranty and the it was fine now???? Is this true? Would dodge warranty this repair? If they Dodge did warranty this, would the repair itself now be warrantied? Should I pass on the whole thing. We've purchased other cars from (CM) and never had a single problem.. If it matters or not I live in S.Florida.
