Default 2000 Caravan Transmission Help

Here is a little background. Transmission (41TE) started slipping, pulled off pan and fluid was dark and burnt smelling. Pulled transmission and rebuilt it (replaced metal and fiber friction plates, bearings, seals) also replaced solenoid pack as I have read they are notorious for going bad. Now after reinstalling transmission I have a P700 code and transmission will not engage in any gear (no R, D, 2, 3, L). Any help would be greatly appreciated. As a side note I meticulously followed the Dodge shop manual on rebuilding, removal and installation of transmission.

This may sound silly, Did you remember to install a filter?

A new filter was installed and transmission was filled with ATF+4 fluid. When reinstalling Transmission everything lined up pretty easily and mechanically I feel everything is pretty solid. I also double checked all electrical connections and looked for damaged wires. I have an Actron 9145 code scanner on hand and cleared the P0700 code after unhooking and reconnecting all connections and it came right back. Thanks for the reply Master Tech

Also, new CV axles, ball joints and stabilizer links were installed.

Did you replace the front pump? If you are still having problems, get a 300 psi gauge and install it into the line pressure tap and post the readings.

The problem you could be having is the low/reverse accumulator cover seal. This will cause no reverse and no drive. The valve body would need to be removed to inspect or repair.

Thanks Master Tech. Just removed valve body, replaced accumulator cover seal, reinstalled valve body and filter, and waiting on silicone to dry. Gonna fill it back up and try it out. Will either post with and big Thank you or pressure readings.

Alright, replaced o-ring on accumulator cover and still no go. Followed Shop manual and performed pressure test and 0 pressure on all 6 ports. Manual says that if no pressure is found in all positions it indicates a defective pump, a clogged filter (which I know is brand new) or a stuck pressure regulator valve. Is the pressure regulator valve they are refering to the pressure switch assembly? If so this is new also and I guess I will need to drop the tranny again. If it isn't where is it located? Thanks for the help!

Started taking transmission back out today. Should I attempt to rebuild or just replace the pump?
