'96 Caravan with 3.3 liter and I go to get in this AM, open divers door and the warning chime is sounding. Headlight switch is off so I am thniking what is wrong. Get out close door and head and tail lights are on. Get in drive off,turn her off open door and warning chime is on, and the head and tail lights are on. Close door and do some erands, come bakc and lights re off but as soon as I open the drivers door the warning chime sounds. Tried disconnecting battery for a few minutes but that did not solve my problem. Does appear as if the ASR is working or the timer on the lights after you turn her off and walk away. Where do I go from here?

 

I know that the lights go thru the BCM. Unplug all the connectors and clean if needed. Then plug all the connetors back in. see what happens.

Went out to start car, opened door and no chime and no exterior lights on, Drove her around a bit shut her down opened door and all was well. Freaky.
