Default Which wire do I need to connect to for LEDs mounted in fog light openings?

I want them to come on whenever ignition is on. So they will be independent of any other lights. At worst I guess I could connect to the parking/signal lights. I see there are three wires there. One is a ground and one of the others is parking with the third being signal?

Here is a pic.

Thanks for any suggestions and or wiring diagram/colours would be helpful

2010.

On further searching I am thinking of adding a
Cooper Bussmann/ATM fuse tap to one of the 20 amp circuits in the fuse box once I find out which one to use.

Tizzy 1 - How about the 20 AMP at M6? I see a ground wire to frame down below and in front of the battery for the ground wire.

Looks like a good one to me. It is an ignition feed.
