Default 94 2.5l overheat and water leak exhaust?!?!

so earlier today i was driving to work and my 2.5l started to overheat so i pulled over and turned motor off, popped radiator cap, and couldnt see water so i added what coolant i had and it was fine to work, then on the way home happened again... so i stopped turned off to cool down, waited bout 10 mins then drove to my friends bout 2 mins away, we went ahead and replaced thermostat, filled up coolant and notice it was overheating still and also noticed fan wasnt working.... found the burnt out fuse and now it works and it wont go past half on temp gauge... good right? well we tryed purging the system for bout 30 mins and no luck, air bubbles keep coming out so we looked under and water was dripping from aft side of motor, so we jacked it up and what the hell??? this is gonna sound weird but where the exhaust manifold hooks up to the exhaust, waters is literally steadily coming out???? white smoke is going everywhere, check engine throwing code 21 for o2 sensor, so i know water must be getting in exhaust!!!! temp gauge is still good but caravan is now studdering to start???? theres no oil in water and vice versa! does anyone have any ideas? plz help and thx!

ps, its also an auto trans if that changes anything

My first guess is you have a blown head gasket. The 2.5L were known for blowing head gaskets.

That's what I was thinking... Wanted to exhaust any other choices, is there an easy way to check to make sure that's it?

Remove the spark plugs and pressure check the cooling system and with a flashlight, look into each spark plug hole or turn the engine over with the key. Have someone stand back from the engine and watch to see which cylinder has water coming out of it. There is also a block test kit.
