94 4cyl head torque?

Anyone know the torque specs for my 94 4 cylinder head? And pattern

The torque is done in four steps. 1st 25 ft pounds and start from inside pattern working out, 2nd 45 ft pounds, 3rd 65 ft pounds and then using a breaker bar turn all head bolts a 1/4 turn.

And what MT said 4 steps. dont forget to clean and lightly oil your head bolts.
