Is it possible to put Generation IV engine on Generation III?

Is it possible to put Generation IV engine on Generation III?
My 2000 year Grand Voyager (sorry not Dodge but Chrysler) has broken cylinder head. I'd like to know if it is possible to change the engine to 2003? What else needs to be swapped?
