flashing instrument panel lights

Purchased a used 2008 dodge caravan se 3.3 left the lot drove about 300 yards and all the light on the instrument cluster started flashing wiper went crazy ac went from cold to hot .help

Usually when that happens, you have a bus communication problem. How long did it last before it went back to normal? Or is it still acting up
