Default Head and Interior Lights- Continuing Saga

The Old '96 Caravan and today I went outside and car is locked, no key in ignition, dimmer rheostat is full off and no interior lights set to on, but headlights are on. Waited a few minutes and I heard the relay click and lights went off, Where would you suggest I look for this problem?

The computor should shut them off after 20-30 minutes for a load shed. Probably a good call on the switch.

Yes, the computer does shut her down but the weird part is what causes them to come on with the car locked and no one around?

Well, it probably explains your chime. It probably thinks you have them turned on, which is why it's chiming at you.......turn off your headlamp dummy......lol. Now weather it's the switch or something else, you're going to have to let us know.
