window gutters

I rolled down the windows in the morning after a rain storm and drenched the inside of the door. Is there a tiny bucket in the gutter waiting to joke me?

This has happen to me as well. No buckets. Its just water is not draining and when you start to move the van or car, then it leaks into the window and on the panel.
