00 Caravan blower motor high spd only
Works on high speed only, swapped a couple of different relays around to see if that would solve it. No go. Back motor works all speeds but previously did not until I swapped around the relays now it does. Weird!!

Yup, common problem on these vans. Threads all over this and other forums cover it. You likely have a bad resistor block ($15-$30) if you have manual temp controls or a bad blower motor controller ($50-$80) if you have automatic temp controls.
