Default oil and coolant Leak

i changed the oil on my parents vans today, its a 2000 dodge caravan 3.0L with 200600kms, I did a coolant flush about 1 month ago and changed the valve cover gaskets (front and back) in early august. While changing the oil i noticed that there was a new oil leak, It drips down from the starter, Any idea what is in line or above that? i dont know this engine very well. And i also noticed a small coolant leak from the bottom left of the RAD (Passenger Side) it drips about 100ML after the engine is shut off, Ive checked that hose that connects to that corner and its tight and looks good. Cracked rad maybe?

The oil leak could be coming from the rear cam seals, AKA hockey pucks. What I would do is add engine dye to the engine and check it with a black light. The coolant leak could be either a petcock on the radiator or the tank seams.
