[5th Gen : 08+]: R03 Ignition Recall (Formerly L25)
I believe that means if you have more than 2 that you can show go to the van.
I have the two FOBIKs that came with the van, plus I purchased a POD key that is programmed to work with my van.
I'm not clear on the Pod keys TBH. I would assume they would cut you one. I have yet to run into anyone with more than 2 keys as they're pricey and people usually don't get a 3rd.
I bought two new keys last year and had them programmed because my last two stopped working. Wouldnt even start the van. I had the recall down last month and they just switched keys. Do i not get a refund for having to buy two fobik keys last year because they stopped working?
Hi, I am new to this. I have a 2011 Dodge Journey Crew and I am getting a "service keyless system" notice that is sounding an alarm every time I start the car. As of today, it is alerting me while I am driving as well. Dealership replaced battery in key fob today, but alarm is still going off. Any ideas???

Welcome to the forum.
Considering you had just been to the dealer, notify them that the battery replacement didn't work.
This way they can further troubleshoot.

The Keys have a life expectancy. Typical is about 5 years. Your mileage may differ. If you have a receipt for the 2 key you bought and they were from a dealer, then you might be able to get 2 more keys in addition, but a refund is not likely.
