Default Stall at low idle

Hello

I have a 2000 Dodge Caravan with 3.0L
When it's cold outside (below 10 degrees celcius) it stall when I release the gas pedal.
When I started, it did not idle high as it should, it falls to low idle immediatly. IF I press the gas engine run high, but as soon I release it will stall.
I can go drive and if I stay on gaz (break and hold gaz in same time) It will be OK. When the engine is not cold (about 10min running) the idle will be perfect and no problem dected.

I have clean the Idle Air Control Valve(Remove it, clean it, install it) . Now i dont know what to check, if you can help me!!!

Thanks!
Sorry for poor english, I speak french :P

Welcome to DF
You may need to replace the Idle speed motor.

Thanks

mmm at 180$ i prefered to test it. I'll remove it, clean it again with right product (last time I ask somebody to clean it) and i'll test it.
I think I'll try to measure the length of the valve and came out to compare if it actually moves when the engine is cold and / or hot. Is there have a problem to run without the IAC valve? At worst I'll try to drive only a few minutes. If the idle is very high I'll realize that it's coming from this piece of ...
To be continued ...

Well, only way to test is is with the enhances scanner and manually actuate it via scanner command. Only repair shops would have that.
The other way to test it is put a new one in. You can clean it all you want, if the problem is electrical failure, naked eye will not tell.

you mean unplugging it or remove it? if u uplug it, car will not run. if u remove it, you will have high idle w/ check engine light.
