I have a 1999 Dodge Caravan 3.0L V6. The van is making knocking sound at idle. Its not really loud. The sound goes away when I rev it higher than idle. Does that sound like one of the pulleys? Any help would be awesome!

I would remove the fan belts and see if the noise is gone and if not. Then I would check the torque converter bolts.
