I'm planning to get remote starter on my GC. Any obstacles or any wires I need to know? I just want to install the simple start, no unlock other mechanism.

I've done this before with Walmart $50 remote starter on '98 diamante.

 

Do you need power door locks to have remote start?

 

Info would be great where to locate and colore of the cable, but..

Doesn't the remote kit come with instructions or do you need to down load the instruction from their web site? As fas as wires or any obstacles. You won't know until you start installing the remote start, Because I don't know what else has been add to the van.
