Question windows go down by themselves

We have a 2009 Grand Caravan - sometimes esp. at night, the front window (s) will go down. Sometimes only one, sometimes both. This last time both windows were down and the driver door was unlocked. Luckily, no one stole anything - we were staying at a motel. We contacted the dealer without much luck. Any suggestions?

Here is what I found, I don't know if this will help.
STAR Case
Contact the STAR Center for assistance if no solution is found
Chrysler Group LLC Version 1
Case Number: S1108000001
Release Date: 01/05/2011
Symptom/Vehicle Issue:
Windows dropped without being lowered
Discussion:
Complaint is when coming out to the vehicle the windows are down.
Vehicles equipped with door modules have a Remote Open Feature to allow the owner to remotely lower the windows by an RKE function. This feature allows the owner to use the remote key transmitter to perform this function remotely.
The feature control is as follows:
1. Press and release the UNLOCK button on the transmitter.
2. Within five seconds, press and hold the UNLOCK
button until the windows lower to the desired level or
lowered completely

Default Door Remote

Our remote controls only have door open, close, and panic. There are some buttons below that aren't marked - we tried them and nothing happened. Could we have some sort of sensor that's getting moisture and malfunctioning? It's not happening all the time - and yesterday it happened during the day. I'm lost.

Do you know if the van is still under warranty? And I would as send dodgecares a pm and ask him if there has been any problems. This what I would do, hook up a scanner and see what cause the windows to go down.

Default Windows rolled down after I locked my doors with my Fob

Last night I got out the van. Hit the lock button on my fob. Normal everyday thing. This morning both windows down. Battery was dead too. This happened once before. But I caught it right away .Why is it doing this? I have a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan.

Same here, it happened once few months ago and today all windows open itself! Found that the power witch got moisture, wrap with a shirt, and put it in ziplock and fill up with rice. Leave for up to 48 hours. It will absorb the moisture!
