Default Steering Wheel Not Straight

I just had a wheel alignment the other day. Before I went in the steering wheel was cocked about 15 degrees to the right. I had just put in some new front strut assemblies, ball joints and inner and outer tie rods. After the alignment the steering wheel was now cocked about 2 degrees to the left. Is there some simple adjustment that I can make so that the steering wheel is dead center without affecting the wheel alignment? I guess I could go back to the place that did the alignment and complain, but I don't want to go through that hassle.

turn both tie rod end adjustments the same way, the same amount until your happy with the result. You need a 7/8 wrench and a pliers to turn the shaft going into the tie rod end.
