i have problem with my 2007 dodge caravan 12v power outlet that located in the front the upper outlet. i plug a 12v heater and defrost for a few days after that my outlet is not working.but the other outlet is working,i check the fuse all are in good shape..i dont know how to fix it...

I would use a 12 volt test light and see if you have power at the outlet. Its either a blown fuse or an open wire. Could also be a bad power outlet socket.
