Question High Pitch Beep on ENGINE START?

I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan SE, automatic.

Each time i start my vehicle there is this very high pitched tone. I can see the Oil Lamp lit up and the noise disappears as soon as the oil lamp goes out. The noise lasts about 1 sec though one time it lasted longer while reversing but a couple seconds after going in Drive the noise shut off. The noise has been occurring for a couple months now after a drained battery issue. I had an oil change a few weeks back and the oil level looks good.

What is this noise? Perhaps it has nothing to do with the oil but something else. A self diagnostic didnt help and DTC codes stated nothing. The car is running fine THOUGH i wonder if it has something to do with the ATF fluid level? I did check the tranny fluid level and it is on the high side (cold or hot it is way over the HOT marker).

The usual noise culprits on these vans are the serpentine belt/pulleys, PS pump/filter, and alternator. First start in the morning or anytime?

Oh just to be clear the noise is literally a tone coming from within the cabin. It is an electronic tone created by the car and not some squeal noise coming from the engine. The tone is active when the oil lamp is on but instantly turns off when the lamp disappears. Perhaps it is a coincidence for the oil lamp but it does have perfect timing.

This noise started a few months back.

That sounds like a heater door actuator.
