Frustrated, need help
Ok a few weeks ago my wife was driving our 2005 Grand Caravan (3.3) and it was shaking at idol then it completely died.
We had it towed to a dealership and they replaced the PCM and the IPM. They informed us that it will now start but it still didnt run right and needed plugs, wires and ignition coil.
Today I replaced those 3 items and it still runs the same. Shaky idle and major hesitation at 3000 rpm. The engine light is also on with codes P2302 and P0325.
Any idea on what might need fixed?
Thanks for your time.

P2302 - Ignition Coil No. 1 Secondary Circuit Insufficient Ionization
P0325 - http://www.obd-codes.com/p0325
The coil driver pulse from the PCM is delivered over a 4 wire wire harness to the coil. The problem may lie there, either in a broken wire or damaged contact at the PCM or at the coil connection. Test wire continuity using a multimeter. Always disconnect the battery before disconnecting the PCM to prevent PCM damage.
Tough to say for sure but the knock sensor code could be as the result of the P2302 code. Check it's connection for any signs of damage. Check wire continuity from the sensor to the PCM. If all looks good change the sensor. It's near the oil filter.
One cause for stalls and rough running creeping on the forums with increasing regularity on 4th generation vans is a melted wire harness near the rear exhaust manifold. I know the fuel injector wiring runs through it. Not sure on the coil wires. Would be worth a look. You have to remove the protective wrap to see it. Look for bare wires in the harness within a foot of the large connector.
BTW - If you have less than 80k miles on the van you should have gotten a free PCM due to an extended government emissions warranty
