2012 Dash problems

I have a 2012 DGC and there was a blemish on the dash when we bought it. I took it to the dealer and they have ordered 5 or 6 dash panels and they are all messed up. Anybody else have issues like this?

I haven't heard of any problems or seen any problems with the dash pad.

havent seen it, have you check other Van on the dealer's lot?
