new member with questions about my dodge caravan
hey guys, im new to DF, had a couple questions about my 01 caravan 2.4 my engine has no power while giving it gas and theres hissing in the engine bay. checked it out and its an engine tube that comes off for the exhaust the line keeps blowing off of it and the plastic evap module and they are all saying that its a clogged cat converter, anyone have any input?

If you have a plugged cat. Yes you would get a hissing type sound in the engine bay. You could remove or drop the exhaust down from the flange and start the engine up. See if you can tell if the hissing sound is gone. Also I will be moving your post to the van section.
