Default Adding Sirius XM to 2005 Grand Caravan

I am looking to add a plug and play Sirius XM radio to my van. We are currently using the wireless fm connection. When we do this we still notice static and have to keep changing station to keep from this. I would like to make this hard wired so we don't have the static. I am looking at either finding a way to add a aux imput or adding fm modulator to do this. However we have the nav radio (RB1) along with rear dvd for our son. I don't want to change having the ability of using the nav and keep our son listening to movies via wireless headphone while we listen to the xm. What is the easiest way of doing this? Also I would like to know if I can add the xm to my vehicle radio instead if this is an option since the book to my vehicle says some radios have this opition.

Satelite radio was an available dealer add on. Weather or not you can still get it is another question.

I had a sirius satellite system installed on the wife's honda by best buy and that was an add on. Sure I could have installed it, but if I blew something up. I would never hear the end of it. But like tizzy had said, I don't know if factory radio is still available. If its not, you may have to do an add on system.

Ok, the add on sirius kit is still available from Chrysler. The module and antenna kit is part number 82209764AD and lists for $359. There is a harness kit and it depends on weather you have an in dash changer or dvd player. Without (I think) is 82210440 and is $265 and with is 82210441 and costs the same.

I have a 6 disk in dash dvd changer for the rear DVD system. What does the harness system do? Do you have a link to pictures of these items for me to view?

I don't have pictures. I'm not sure if the dealer installed module goes in the same spot as the factory module but this is the factory satelite module and the wiring harness. The module kit just comes with the module and the antenna kit. You have to get the harness seperate, it's the harness that goes from the module to the radio.
